WHO IS BEHIND THE CONTENT?

SpeedyMeter Editorial Team

SpeedyMeter Editorial Team is the site-level byline used for our guides, not the name of an individual author. This page explains the publishing standards and how to reach the site administrator.

What we do

SpeedyMeter is a focused browser-based speedometer project. Our editorial work explains how phone GPS behaves in cars, buses, trains, bikes, ships, and aircraft, without pretending that a browser reading replaces certified instruments.

Articles are written for people who are actually trying to solve a problem: checking a live speed, understanding an inaccurate reading, or deciding whether GPS can work without internet.

Our guide-review checklist

  1. Start with a useful question from users or search data.
  2. Check instructions against the current SpeedyMeter interface.
  3. Remove exaggerated claims and explain practical limitations.
  4. Show publication and update dates accurately.
  5. Review reported errors and make corrections when needed.

Our standards

We do not publish invented testimonials as real experiences. Demonstration images are labeled. Community photos remain pending until manual approval, and uploaded images are reprocessed to remove embedded metadata.

Help us improve

If something is unclear or technically wrong, send it directly to the team. A useful correction is more valuable than a generic rating.
